Description
This pu erh was harvested in the spring at an altitude of almost 2,000 m, and was made from ancient tea plants that grow along a mountain with a name that translates as "infinity". Its fine sourness and high-quality leaves hint at the delicious notes to come.
Vegetal, apricot, and mineral: here, the sheng's iconic notes develop with all the intensity of a tea in the prime of its youth. A fantastic classic!
This tea is a member of the dark tea family, which means that it can evolve over time without altering and improving in quality. Chinese medicine attributes many benefits to dark teas, including aiding digestion, purifying the body and dissipating the effects of alcohol. A tea to be drunk regularly and without moderation!
To bring out the full aromatic complexity of this tea, opt for multiple infusions using gong fu cha, the traditional Chinese method.
This tea is packed in a tong, which contains 5 cakes (100g each). Each cake is sold individually.
