Water Garden with almond milk

Ingredients

  • 15g (or 1.5 tbsp) of Water Garden
  • ¼ litre almond milk
  • 40g fresh coconut milk
  • 40g agave syrup
  • 2 slices of frozen (or fresh) mango

Preparation

  • Add 15g Water Garden to ¼ litre almond milk.
  • Leave to infuse in the fridge for 5 hours.
  • Remove the infused leaves.
  • Then, in a blender, combine the ¼ litre infusion with 40g fresh coconut milk, 40g agave syrup and 2 slices of mango.
  • Serve.

Serving suggestion

Serve well chilled to accompany lunch for two.
