Description
In Japan, the most prestigious teas are the ichibancha (meaning "first harvest"). Genmaicha is a blend of green tea and toasted brown rice, which is very popular in Japan and often drunk with meals.
A sweet Grand Cru, perfectly balanced with its hints of toasted grain and its fresh, grassy notes. The highest quality of genmaicha.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 3 minutes in water heated to 160°F.
The tea is also delicious iced (30 mn at room temperature), or to infuse in contact with ice-cubes according to the kooridashi method.
