This black tea is pine-smoked like a traditional lapsang souchong. It is only lightly smoked, so it was given the name "Xiao Lapsang" (little lapsang). This tea is part of a centuries-old tradition, a classic since the arrival of tea in the West.
This delicate black tea combines the elegant smoky flavours of lapsang souchong with the rich, gourmet notes of fine Chinese black teas.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4minutes in water heated to 195°F.
With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cl of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
